HomeSelling to MW Mansions
How it works
A direct sale is a different process from an estate-agency listing. Here is exactly what happens at each stage, and what it does and does not commit you to.
- 1
Tell us about your property
You complete a seven-step assessment covering the address, the property itself, its condition, photographs, your price expectations, your circumstances and how you'd like to be contacted. You can save your progress and return later.
- 2
We assess it
Our acquisition team reviews the property details, condition, tenure and the relevant local market information available to us. Where we need more information, we'll ask you before forming a view.
- 3
Receive an offer
If the property meets our acquisition criteria, we provide a no-obligation offer in writing, together with the reasoning behind it and any conditions attached to it.
- 4
Choose whether to proceed
There is no obligation to accept. You are free to take independent advice, compare the offer with an open-market sale, or decline.
- 5
Legal process
If you accept, the transaction progresses through conveyancing and due diligence: title checks, searches, survey and any enquiries raised by solicitors on either side.
- 6
Completion
Completion takes place on the agreed date, subject to contract and legal requirements. The property then enters the MW Mansions portfolio.
Start your no-obligation property assessment
Tell us about the property and our acquisition team will review it. Submitting does not constitute a formal purchase offer.
