About MW Mansions
MW Mansions buys property directly. We are not marketing your home to third parties, and we are not charging you a commission to find a buyer — where a property fits our criteria, we are the buyer.
Homeowners come to us for different reasons: an inherited property that needs resolving, a chain that has collapsed, a tenanted flat that is difficult to market, a house needing work that lenders will not readily finance, or simply a move that needs to happen on a particular timetable.
Our process is the same in every case. You submit the property, our acquisition team assesses it against the market information available to us, and if it meets our criteria we make a no-obligation offer with the reasoning set out in writing.
Because we buy below open-market value, a direct sale will not suit everyone. Where an open-market sale is likely to serve you better, we will say so. We would rather decline a purchase than push a homeowner into a transaction that is wrong for them.
Our acquisition criteria
We consider location, property type, condition, tenure, occupancy, title issues and the cost of any work required. Each factor affects whether we can make an offer and at what level. We do not apply a single fixed percentage across every property.
